Hey Wes! Thanks for leaving a comment. We are working with the church at Caballito. I think we may spend a little bit of time with the people at Villa Urquiza at some point this summer, though. I'll be sure to say hello to them for you!

Teatro Colon was the one place I wanted to see more than anything in the world! I LOVE opera and I had read about it so many times! It, however, is undergoing some remodeling and restoration until 2010 so I don't get to see it! =( I am so sad!

Hope you and Ellen are doing well! Peace and blessings on your summer!

Hannah,

So glad you stoped by. That is a big downer about the Teatro. I guess you'll just have to go back in 2010!

The other major suggestion I would give is for you to attend a futbol game. I'm a big fan so it was natural that I would go. Hopefully you like the sport but either way it is a must if you care at all about being cultural. I had the pleasure of catching a World Cup qualifier . . . which by the way 2010's qualifiers are underway (look into it).

I was able to see an incredible match, Argentina against Brasil. Also, you might be able to catch a club match. I acutally was able to see a Libertatdores game, River Plate (Argentina team) against Sao Paulo (Brasil).

Anyways, I hope you can catch a game while you are there. So glad you are keeping a blog. I will be a regular reader.
